About these terms

These terms apply when you use srswebservices.in, request a quote, audit or call, or use the SRS Web Services client portal. By using the website you agree to them. If you have a signed proposal or contract with us, that document governs the project and takes priority over these terms where they differ.

Using this website

Use this website lawfully. Do not try to disrupt it, probe it for weaknesses, access accounts that are not yours, copy it in bulk with automated tools, or send automated, false or misleading submissions. We may block access that breaks these rules.

Information on this website

Service descriptions, articles, examples, timelines and "projects from" prices are general information to help you plan. They are not a quote, an offer or a guarantee of results. Search rankings, traffic and sales depend on many factors outside our control. Scope, price, timelines, ownership and warranties are agreed in a written proposal or contract.

Free website audits, calls and the assistant

Free audits and consultation calls are offered without obligation. Audit reports are our professional opinion based on the publicly visible website at the time of review. We may decline requests at our discretion. Answers from the website assistant are automated and for guidance only; confirm anything important with our team.

Quotes, payments and cancellations

• Quotes are estimates until you accept a written proposal. Accepted proposals, including those accepted in the client portal, define the agreed work, price and payment schedule.
• Projects are normally paid in milestones, with an advance before work starts. Invoices are due by the date shown on them. Prices are in Indian rupees and GST is added where applicable.
• If you cancel a project, you pay for work completed up to the cancellation date; advances cover work already started and are refundable only as your proposal states.
• Hosting, domain and care plans renew for the period shown on your invoice unless you tell us in writing before the renewal date. Domain and third-party renewal fees are not refundable once paid to the provider.

Your content and approvals

You are responsible for the text, images, logos and data you give us and for having the right to use them. Please review and approve designs and content within the time agreed in your proposal, so the project stays on schedule.

Ownership

Unless your contract says otherwise, the website, code, design and content we create for you belong to you once the project has been paid in full, and your domain is registered in your name. Third-party software, plugins, fonts and images remain under their own licences. We may describe the project in our portfolio only with your approval.

The content, design, text, graphics and brand of this website belong to SRS Web Services and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

Client portal

Keep your sign-in details private, use two-factor authentication where offered, and tell us straight away if you suspect someone else has access. Information in the portal is confidential to your organisation and to SRS Web Services. We may suspend access to protect your account or the service.

Confidentiality

We keep your business information, credentials and project details confidential and use them only to deliver your work. We ask you to keep our proposals and pricing confidential too.

Third-party services and links

This website links to and uses services run by others, such as Google Maps, WhatsApp and payment or hosting providers. They are governed by their own terms and we are not responsible for their content or availability.

Availability

We work to keep this website and the client portal available and accurate, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, for example during maintenance or events outside our reasonable control. Service levels for hosting and support are set out in your hosting or support agreement.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or data, arising from use of this website. For paid work, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the specific service in the twelve months before the claim, unless your contract says otherwise. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes do not affect projects already agreed in writing.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000. Courts in Pune, Maharashtra have jurisdiction.
